Local Delivery

Orders over $50 are available for free delivery within the greater 15-30 miles of physical Locations. Restrictions do Apply. Applicable deliveries will be delivered based on schedualing and inventory. Customers requiring special delivery or in need of special assistance should note such while making the order or contact customer service shortly after completing the order.

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 30 days of your purchase. Not all items qualify for returns, exchanges or refunds.

1. Please email webmaster@5e8a5f39d7.nxcli.net to request a refund and we will assign you with a shipping label.

2. Returns made to charge accounts are subject to an account credit rather than a cash or credit card refund. Purchases and returns made via charge accounts are subject to any and all late fees and finance charges. Account holders are responsible for monitoring their account and returning items in a timely manner

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Not all items qualify for returns exchanges or refunds. Defective items may be subject to manufacturer warrenty policies and/or third party review. Noel's Inc will assist and provide applicable warrenty services for all products sold but is not responsible for items that fail to meet manufacturer warrenty policies.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund should material be unopened or or not in original condition. Orders received in poor conditions should be reported immediatley and returned unopened when possible. We also not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Exchanges

Noel's Inc understands that not all items purchased may be as expected or desired. In an effort to to maintain custmer satisfaction, Noel's Inc is happy to offer exchanges for simular or competitve product(s). Shipping charges and restocking fees may apply.
